I have checked the prerequisite knowledge about the topic merits and demerits of external source of recruitment which discussed in the last class and continue with the topic.I asked some questions to my peers and Jesmin and Aryaa,  they correctly answered it.  I taught them the meaning and process of selection. I have used a PowerPoint presentation for explaining the content. I link the situational task and examples for explaining the topics. At the end of the class I asked some questions to check the understanding level of students. Reshma S and liya answered it correctly. I have checked the prerequisite knowledge about the topic the meaning of delegation and it's element authority and continue with the topic.I asked some questions to my students and Praveena and Vini  correctly answered it. But Farhana have some doubts regarding the topic and I once more explained it to the students.  I taught them the elements of delegation ie, responsibility and accountability to the students. I have used a PowerPoint presentation for explaining the content and diagram of chart. I link the situational task and examples for explaining the topics. At the end of the class I asked MCQs to check the understanding level of students. Meenakshi and bibi correctly answered the questions

Lesson plan - 11 Difference between elements of delegation- ie, Authority, Responsibility and Accountability

Time : 7:30 to 8:15 PM

I have checked the prerequisite knowledge about the topic the meaning of delegation and it's elements and continue with the topic.I asked some questions to my students by giving a situation to them. Based on the situation I asked some questions and Shalu and Aparana correctly answered it.   I taught them the difference between elements of delegation ie, authority, responsibility and accountability to the students. I have used a PowerPoint presentation for explaining the content and diagram of chart. I link the situational task and examples for explaining the topics. At the end of the class I conduct a MCQ test in Google form platform to the students related to the delegation. For the test Manjima became the first position, Gowri and Bibby became the 2 nd and 3 Rd position respectively. Then I also provide an assignment to prepare a note about it.

Physical education: Yoga class

Time : 7:00 to 8 PM

Today I took the class related to yoga. Prof. Bobby Oommen Kurein has also joined the class. Some students have shared their experience of doing yoga and feedback of my last yoga class. Then I continue with the topic and explained the meaning, definition, origin, importance, benefits and do's and don'ts of doing yoga. Then I did Vrikshasana for standing posture and Padmasana for sitting posture. I also explained the benefit of doing that asanas. Gowri, Anjali also switch on their video and did that asanas. They both did it perfectly. Bibi, Darshana, Archana etc send there videos of doing yoga.

I link the situational task and examples for explaining the topics. At the end of the class I asked questions to check the understanding level of students. After that I discussed and explain all the points from focused area from the chapter organising and tell them acronym to remember the main points. Then I discussed the question paper from the past years of board exam. I conduct an exam of 25 marks to the students also and wind up my 2 nd phase of teaching practice
