In my classes I have checked the prerequisite knowledge about the topic the meaning and importance of staffing and continue with the topic. In my class I taught them staffing as part of HRM and Evolution of HRM. I have used a PowerPoint presentation for explaining the content. I link the situational task and examples for explaining the topics. At the end of class I asked MCQs to check the understanding level of students.

In my class I taught them the last 4 processes of staffing.I have used a PowerPoint presentation for explaining the content. I link the situational task and examples for explaining the topics. At the end of class I asked MCQs to check the understanding level of students.
