Second phase of peer Teaching practice ( 1/2/21 to 6/2/21)

For peer teaching practice Dr. Renginy miss assigned me the portion from the plus two textbook. I have to choosen staffing for the teaching practice.

Lesson plan1 - Meaning of staffing and it's importance

Time: 10:30 to 11:15

This week I can able to take only one peer teaching class. All my peers and Dr. Renginy Miss have attended the class. I have explained the meaning, definition and importance of staffing in the organisation. For introducing the topic, I have provided an example of selection of an employee in an organisation. This example helps to easily understand the concept. I have explained the content using PowerPoint presentation. I ask some questions to link examples with the content. For explaining the importance of staffing, I link it with the example and it helps to easily understand each points clearly. There occur a network problem while taking the class and I can able to easily manage it and continue with the class.  After explaining the whole points I once again highlighted the important points and ask my peers some MCQs and also ask them to prepare a short note

about the topic then I conclude my class.
